Businesses wishing to grow or locate in Topeka and Shawnee County will find an open door, an enthusiastic response and customer service exceeding your expectations. Area voters approved the passage of a quarter cent sales tax to be used expressly for economic development related activities and incentives .The anticipated revenues from this tax are expected to generate $20 million over the next four years enabling us to meet the needs of growing companies.

GO Topeka is a non-profit organization whose sole purpose is to foster a positive environment for the economic and population growth of Topeka and Shawnee County. The GO Topeka board of directors is made up of local business and community leaders with ex-officio representation from the City, County, and Chamber of Commerce. GO Topeka is a subsidiary organization to the Greater Topeka Chamber of Commerce.
