Plant Location and Expansion Assistance
North Mississippi Industrial Development Association furnishes information on available industrial buildings, sites and communities located in Northeast Mississippi. Working closely with local economic development agencies and leaders, the staff of NMIDA can arrange and conduct guided tours of communities, buildings and sites. Meetings are arranged with appropriate officials and agencies who can provide detailed data of a more specific nature.

Statistics/Demographics and Research
NMIDA maintains a research library with information on everything from the local labor force to targeted industry information. The staff of NMIDA is able to locate potential suppliers for raw materials through one of many data bases they can access.

Financing Packages/Tax Incentives
There are numerous programs to finance new and expanding industry. The NMIDA staff is available to counsel businesses and local government on financing options. NMIDA may act as an intermediary between business and tax authorities to help obtain the best possible tax treatment.
