QuickTracts

Tired of long permitting processes and infrastructure issues? Want

QuickTracts is the program for you. The Connecticut Economic
Resource Center (CERC) along with its utility partners at Connecticut
Light & Power and Yankee Gas are working with Connecticut
communities to eliminate such delays through a program
called QuickTracts. 

The program offers an online inventory of pre-qualified, easy-to-
develop sites in Connecticut.  If you need to break ground within
90 to 180 days and would like existing infrastructure within 400 feet
of the site, then you need to visit www.QuickTracts.com and search
our database.

Business Lists

A comprehensive list of businesses is a necessity when planning
mailings, business retention activities, surveys and simple analyses.
Removing the time-consuming act of putting together these lists
allows our clients to focus more effectively on acquiring new
customers, retaining existing customers, generating more business
per customer and creating long-term loyalty.

CERC uses a well-respected national vendor to access a database
of more than 10 million businesses nationwide. The database is
researched, verified and updated quarterly from a variety of sources,
including yellow page directories, business credit reports, annual
reports, business and industry directories, and phone verification.

CERC can take the information in a standard list further. Through our
Geographic Information Systems (GIS), we can geocode customer
information from our records or yours and map it. The maps we create
from this information offers you a clear picture of your market penetration,
effectiveness of marketing efforts to date and much more. And this can be
done for any size of geographic region that you define - from the entire
country down to your local neighborhood.
