OPEN TO ALL OFFERS!!! The plant is situated on 12 acres of land in the Parsons Industrial area of North Battleford. There is substantial paving around the entire facility and the balance of the lot is graveled and compacted. The land is fenced and compounded with the exception of an area outside the fence for customer and staff parking. There are 2 separate out buildings, both about 4000sq ft. The main building and one of the outbuildings are both pre-engineered steel buildings with an insulated metal sandwich cladding and feature radiant heat. The second building is wood frame with metal cladding and would be used for cold storage. All buildings have metal roofs. The larger building was built in 1987, while the two outbuildings were constructed in 1990. All buildings and plant facilities have been well maintained. There are two manufacturing lines, each approximately 500ft. in length in present operation. About 6000sq ft of the main building is a mezzanine and developed as office space.
This facility is presently used for the manufacture of industrial trailers and wellsite trailers by the present owners. Building is offered as a turn key manufacturing facility with all equipment, presently tooled up for the manufacturing of industrial and wellsite trailers.
