The Beacon Harbor site consists of approx 81.6 undeveloped acres located along the west bank of the Hudson River just south of the Port of Albany. A full environmental impact statement on the site with all attendant studies was prepared and judged complete by the Town of Bethlehem for a mixed-use project.
