The Buffalo East Tech Park (BETP), is designed and built to be a high-tech 67 acre site located directly off Exit 48a of the New York State Thruway in the Town of Pembroke. It is primed for technology companies because of its location in the New York Power Authority’s Hydro Power Zone among other amenities. In 2013 the Village of Corfu and the Town of Pembroke are expected to complete sewer system upgrades in the Village and installation of new sewer lines along Route 77 and Route 5 in the Town.
