willing to subdivide. Capable of supplying up to 7,000,000
gallons of water per day, as well as processing up to
5,700,000 gallons per day of sewage through its on-site
treatment plant. Rail service from Conrail with seven tracks
directly into the facility. On-site 6MW co-generation system
with 200,000 pph pulverized coal boiler rated at 650 psig.
Process steam available @240,000 pph at 120 psig. Raw
material (grain, malt, corn, etc.) unloading (vacuum) system
and storage silos.
