From the office area, a doorway connects to the 2nd floor of the storage building, which is one of the older sections of the facility. On the eastern side of the building there is a small section that is three stories. The southern portion of the property contains storage areas, a lunch room, a men’s and women’s restroom and a storage area. In addition, there is a water tower on the south side of the facility that is not in use. There is a four-bay shipping area on the western side of the building and a two-bay loading area. Foundation & Floor Design Concrete slab and wood decking on the second floor storage room adjacent to the office area. The subject is of steel beam construction with either a metal, wood or brick shell. The ceiling heights range between 16 and 25 feet in the warehouse and manufacturing areas. The roof construction is both wood and steel decking with insulation under a membrane roof w/a slight pitch to allow for water runoff. HVAC The offices have complete gas-fired HVAC, while remaining areas are serviced by a gas heating system, but no air-conditioning.
