Description:	THE ILLINOIS "EDGE" PROGRAM: Nonrefundable tax credit for businesses that create and/or retain jobs and make a capital investment.
Eligibility Requirements:	EDGE is available to new and existing businesses involved in manufacturing, tourism or interstate services (excludes retailand professional services). Projects must add positively to the Illinois economy. Businesses must invest at least $5 million in capital expenditures and create 25 new jobs. Companies also need to prove that if not for the incentive, the project would not occur.
