Incentive Type:	Income/Franchise Tax Incentives and Credits
Incentive Title:	Brownfield Credits
Description:	Brownfield Program: State income tax credits for up to 100% of eligible remediation costs. Additional credits may be available for jobs created at eligible facilities, direct loans and guarantees, due diligence matching grants, public infrastructure grants up to $1 million and "demolition" tax credits for non-remediation demolition costs.
Eligibility Requirements:	Must create at least 10 new jobs or retain 25 jobs. Must be accepted into the state "Voluntary Cleanup Program" and cannot be an EPA Superfund site. Noncompetitive application process. Approval is based upon the positive net impact on the state. Total costs must be less than the positive net impact on the state.
Geographic Restrictions:	Statewide redevelopment areas
