Funding is provided based on the scoring of individual projects and the annual allocated funding. |
| Eligibility Requirements: | 1. Nominated projects must qualify for one or more of the 13 federal highway and transit programs which financially support this state program. Projects must be discussed with a the area planner in a DOT Regional Office. |
