| Description: | INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT GRANT PROGRAM (SITE PREPARATION) - State industrial development authority is authorized to make grants to counties, municipalities, local development boards, and others to provide site preparation for land owned or possessed by lease for these entities. The amount of the grant is a percentage of the capital investment. |
| Eligibility Requirements: | The activity of the project site must be a qualifying project that consitutes industrial, warehousing, research activities, headquarters facilities, or development and testing service providers. Must be approved by the director of the Alabama Developement Office. |
