Description:	BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY TRAINING PROGRAM: Financial assistance is provided by the state for recruiting and training new employees. Training can be classroom or on-the-job. The amount of the training grant is negotiated with the Arkansas Department of Economic Development.
Eligibility Requirements:	Must be an eligible business creating new jobs.
Geographic Restrictions:	Statewide
