Description:	EXISTING WORKFORCE TRAINING PROGRAM provides financial assistance to upgrade skillsets of existing employees. Training is provided in classroom or on-the-job. Program pays the lesser of 50% of training costs conducted by schools or a per hour fee conducted by outside instructors. Maximum funding is $50,000 per year.
Eligibility Requirements:	Eligible businesses include manufacturers, computer firms and others. Must file all required applications for approval.
Geographic Restrictions:	Statewide
Granting Authority:	State of Arkansas
