Description:	CREATE REBATE PROGRAM (PAYROLL REBATE) Eligible businesses creating new, full-time jobs may be eligible to receive and annual rebate of payroll taxes. The rebate applicable ranges from 3.9% to 5% depending upon the tier designation of the county. Companies must meet a minimum payroll of $2 million.
Eligibility Requirements:	1) Eligible businesses include manufacturing, computer companies, motion picture, distribution centers, corporate headquarters, and others. Must file appropriate applications and meet all the requirments.
Geographic Restrictions:	Statewide
Granting Authority:	State of Arkansas
