Description:	1. ASTA INVESTMENT FUND: The Arkansas Science and Technology Authority (ASTA) administers a special investment fund to provide seed capital for new and developing technology-based businesses through loans, royalty agreements and limited stock purchases. 2. VENTURE CAPITAL INVESTMENT FUND: Fund to provide equity capital for emerging, relocating and restructuring enterprises. 3. ARKANSAS CAPITAL CORPORATION: Alternative source of financing for businesses in the state. Loans generally range from a minimum of $100,000 to a maximum of $1.25 million.
Eligibility Requirements:	1. Must be a technology based business. 2. Subject to review by board.
Geographic Restrictions:	Statewide
