Incentive Title:	Infrastructure Grants
Description:	INFRASTRUCTURE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Grants may be funded for the construction and/or improvement of eligible infrastructure such as water lines & wastewater facilities, sewer lines, sewage treatment facilities, roadways, natural gas-line services, electric power services, railroad spurs, lighting, sidewalks, and alternative power sources such as solar. Depending on the operating history of the business, the assistance may not exceed 35% - 50% of the total cost of the defined project. The assistance is generally in the range of $100,000 to $500,000.
Eligibility Requirements:	Since grants are from federal funding sources, federal requirements must be met. This program is designed primarily to create or retain jobs for low and moderate income persons. Must complete all required applications. At least one full-time or retained job must be created for every $20,000 of infrastructure assistance.
Geographic Restrictions:	Statewide
