Incentive Title:	Direct Loans
Description:	(1) DELAWARE ACCESS PROGRAM Borrower pays a one-time premium charge which is matched by a bank premium payment. State then matches the combined total. Payment terms are negotiated. (2) CITIZENS TECHNOLOGY FUND Qualifying manufacturing, technology, distribution or service businesses may be eligible for a 5 year loan for machinery and equipment, building acquisition, expansion or remodeling. Loans range from $250,000 to $1,000,000. DELAWARE STRATEGIC FUND ASSISTANCE This fund provides financial assistance for job retention or job creation and other development projects. The fund can be used for loans or grants, green industry loans, brownfield grants, and others.
Eligibility Requirements:	1. Must be an eligible business. 2. Must be a qualified business either currently doing business in Delaware or considering a significant investment in the State. 3. Must be an eligible project under regulatory and state policy guidelines.
