Description: 1. CUSTOMIZED EMPLOYEE TRAINING Idaho supports education and training programs to help provide skilled, productive workers for your company. Training can be tailored to your specific company needs and designed to develop skill sets to meet your precise requirements. Negotiated financial reimbursement is available to eligible companies to cover the cost of training new employees. 2. WORKFORCE TRAINING NETWORK (WTN) coordinates delivery of statewide customized training to meet the needs of Idaho's employers and citizens. All programs are provided in a flexible professional environment that can be custom tailored to meet a company's specific criteria and delivered in a approach that best fits its needs. 3. WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FUND Up to $2,000 per trainee may be available for projects emphasizing job skill training and/or retraining of new and current full-time employees and up to $3,000 reimbursement may be available per new job created in select rural counties. Eligible costs include tuition, fees, books, equipment, training facilities and others.

Must be a new or expanding business. Must meet job creation, wage, and benefit requirements as well as project qualification requirements. At least 25% matching funds must be provided by the employer.
