Description:	1. IDAHO PRIME RATE LOAN PROGRAM offers low interest loans for any purpose to qualifying small busineisses. Loans are offered by commercial banks and have up to 85% Samll Business Administration guaranty. 2. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION GRANTS Available to communities for industrial or commercial site development where commercial financing is not attainable. Loans up to $10,000 may be granted for each new job created.
