Description:	EMPLOYER TRAINING INVESTMENT PROGRAM: A grant program to help Illinois businesses up-date employee skills to remain competitive.
Eligibility Requirements:	New or expanding companies may be reimbursed up to 50% of the training costs. Trainees must be employed by the company before the training program begins.
