Description:	COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: Federally funded program to help local governments improve economic development opportunities for low to moderate income people.
Eligibility Requirements:	Grant funds may be used by local governments to help expanding or relocating businesses receive low interest loans for capital improvements, building construction and/or renovation. May also be used to help fund infrastructure improvements. Heavily populated metropolitan areas of the state are not eligible.
Geographic Restrictions:	Small Communities throughout the State
