| Description: |
1. SKILLS ENHANCEMENT FUND: Reimbursement for eligible training expenses over a two year term for new and existing employees. Companies may reapply for additional funds after their initial two year term.
2. TECHNOLOGY ENHANCEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR HOOSIERS (TECH): A reimbursement grant progam for businesses conducting high tech information training programs. Maximum grant amount is $50,000 per business or $2500 per employee. Total reimbursement may not exceed 50% of the training costs. |
| Eligibility Requirements: |
1.Training must result in improved basic or transferable skills. Company specific and quality assurance training are also eligible. Training that is required by law is not eligible.
2.Indiana businesses or non-profit organizations may apply. Training must be conducted by certified trainers and result in full-time employment with a portable degree. |
