1. LGEDF REGIONAL BUSINESS PARK PROGRAM: Program funded through the Local Government Economic Development Fund(LGEDF). Provides funding to develop large blocks of land into regional business parks.
2. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS (CDBG): Federally funded program to assist states and municipalities with public infrastructure improvements that support business expansion and job creation. |
| Eligibility Requirements: |
1. Funds may be used to purchase real property, infrastructure development, building construction costs and engineering expenses related to development.
2. Grants are awarded to states and municipalities. Eligible projects include manufacturing, point of destination tourism, headquarter operations and major multi-state distribution facilities. Project must benefit low to moderate income people. |
