Description:	1. WORKFORCE & TRAINING PROGRAM: Funding provided for customized workforce training programs including on the job and pre-employment training. 2. INCUMBENT WORKER TRAINING PROGRAM provides reimbursement for tuition, textbooks, manuals and other material. Funding is limited to $3,000 per trainee.
Eligibility Requirements:	1. Minimum of 10 net new jobs must be created. Must be an eligible business, must file all applications and be approved prior to beginning training. 2. Only applies to businesses with 50 or fewer employees. Must be an eligible business, must be in compliance with LA UI laws.
Geographic Restrictions:	Statewide
Granting Authority:	State of Louisiana
