Incentive Title:	Infrastructure Grants
Description:	1. SMART GROWTH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INFRASTRUCTURE FUND (One Maryland): Direct funding for creation of industrial parks and other needed infrastructure in qualified distressed counties. 2. DIRECT ASSISTANCE: Assistance up to $3 million for use in land acquisitions, infrastructure improvements, acquisition of fixed assets, leasehold improvements, feasibility studies and preparing a local economic development plan.
Eligibility Requirements:	1. Must be in a Priority Funding Area and a qualified distressed county (includes the city of Baltimore). 2. Based on local needs.
Geographic Restrictions:	Statewide
Granting Authority:	Dept. of Business and Economic Development
