Description:	1. MARYLAND SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FINANCING AUTHORITY (MSBDFA): Provides financing for small businesses and those owned by socially and economically disadvantaged persons through loans, loan guarantees, direct working capital, interest rate subsidies and assistance with bonding. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (CDBG-ED): Funding device to help local jurisdictions provide low-interest loans to businesses. Loans range from $200,000 to $1,000,000.
Eligibility Requirements:	1.For small businesses. 2. Funds may be used either for public improvements, acquisition of fixed assets or feasibility studies. New jobs must be created for low to moderate income individuals.
Geographic Restrictions:	Statewide
