Incentive Title:	Training Grants
Description:	1. CUSTOMIZED TRAINING PROGRAM: Funding provided for customized training programs for new or existing employees due to new capital investment. 2. NEW JOBS TRAINING PROGRAM: A training program developed by a local community college to assist employers who have a good credit rating and are creating a substantial number of new jobs.
Eligibility Requirements:	1. A Missouri company that has created permanent, full-time jobs for Missouri residents. 2. The local community college sells certificates to pay for the training. The business repays the certificates through withholding taxes. Eligible businesses include manufacturing, processing, assembling and R&D. Retail businesses are not eligible.
Geographic Restrictions:	Statewide
