| Description: | COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AND OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM (CROP): Businesses locating in designated CROP areas are eligible to receive tax incentives. |
| Eligibility Requirements: | A business must expand in a designated CROP, create new jobs and must either build a new facility, add buildings, machinery and equipment equal to 50% of market value or rehabilitate a vacant building equal to at least 20% of its market value. |
