3. NIAGARA HYDROPOWER- Program to provide low cost electricity to businesses in western New York. |
| Eligibility Requirements: |
1. Company must create or retain a certain number of jobs. Energy costs reduced by 15-20%. Must apply every year.
2. Contracts range from 5-15 years and the requirements vary by geographic region. Company must be willing to expand and create new jobs. Progam not available to retail outlets, hotels and dwelling spaces.
3. Businesses must be located within 30 miles of Niagara Project. Company must have new minimum demand of 100kw's. Applications are reviewed on a very competitive basis. |
