Description:	LINKED DEPOSIT PROGRAM- Public/private partnership which allows businesses to obtain loans 2-3 percentage points lower than conventional loans. May be used to modernize or expand facilities, access new markets, develop new markets and improve overall competitiveness.
Eligibility Requirements:	Eligible businesses include manufacturing firms with 500 or fewer employees, service companies with 100 or fewer full time employees, businesses located in Empire Zones with 100 or fewer employees, defense contractors and those companies trying to increase exports. Professional and peronal businesses are not eligible.
Geographic Restrictions:	Statewide
Granting Authority:	Empire Development Corporation
