Description:	STATE TRAINING PROGRAM - This training grant is provided as a cost avoidance in which the state undertakes the cost of training with certain limitations. The training can cover both classroom and on-the-job training. Covered costs typically include training manuals, instructors, materials, classrooms and others. Reimbursement for outside vendors to conduct training is limited.
Eligibility Requirements:	Must be a qualifying industry, must be approved by the state's training department, must file all necessary applications.
Geographic Restrictions:	Statewide
Granting Authority:	State of South Carolina
