Description:	INFRASTRUCTURE GRANTS - This is a discretionary incentive through the State of South Carolina and is used only for infrastructure costs such as roads, water, and sewer improvements. The amount of the grant is based upon the level of investment for infrastructure and, secondarily, the number of new jobs created and the associated wages for those jobs.
Eligibility Requirements:	Must be a qualifying industry, must enter into a performance agreement with the county and the state, project must be in a competitive situation.
Geographic Restrictions:	Statewide
Granting Authority:	State of South Carolina
