1) INDUSTRIAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM (TIP) This negotiated grant provides up to $750,000 to qualified industries. The grant can be used to offset infrastructure improvement costs, site costs, site improvements, water and waste water extensions and other improvements. The grant amount includes both infrastructure and training costs.
2) FASTTRACK INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM This grant is primarily used for public infrastructure improvements. Activities eligible for this funding include, but are not limited to, water systems, wastewater systems, transportation systems, and site improvements. Grant rates are based on the Ability-to-Pay Index. The maximum total Fast Track grant (i.e. infrastructure development and job training assistance)is $750,000 per project. In some cases the grant may be used to retain an existing business.

| Eligibility Requirements: |
1) Must be an eligible business having completed all required applications and having met the TN ECD cost/benefit analysis.
2) Eligible businesses are limited to (a)manufacturing which export 50% or more outside of Tennessee, (b) businesses, b) businesses where more than half of their product or services enters into the production of exported products, c) uses which primarily result in import substitution or the replacement of imported products or services with those produced in Tennessee. |
