Description:	1. CUSTOM FIT TRAINING PROGRAM:Training program that subsidizes employers up to $500 per employee and up to $100,000 per employer. Training is provided by Utah College of Applied Technology centers and state colleges and universities. 2. SHORT TERM INTENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM: Training incentive program for employers using third party instructors.
Eligibility Requirements:	1. For in house instructors, grant money may be used for facility rentals and training materials. 2. Employer may pay as little as $1 per hour per employee while the rest of the cost is covered by STIT.
Geographic Restrictions:	Statewide
