Description:	ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT ZONE PROGRAM: Program designed to encourage economic development to distressed areas of the state. The zone is site specific and lasts for 7 years.
Eligibility Requirements:	Business must locate in distressed area and receive designation as an EDZ. Once designation is received, non-refundable job tax credits and environmental remediation credits are available.
Geographic Restrictions:	Designated areas statewide
Granting Authority:	Department of Commerce
