Description:	1. ECONOMIC INFRASTRUCTURE BOND This program allows for funding of projects that result in immediate and potential job creation. Eligible activities can include acquisition of land, utilities, purchase of machinery and equipment, and others. This program is limited to $3 million per project. 2. GOVERNOR'S COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM Provides state grant funds to local communities for public, economic development projects. Eligible activities can include utilities, industrial parks, land acquisition, demolition and others.
Eligibility Requirements:	Must be a unit of local government to apply
Geographic Restrictions:	Statewide
Granting Authority:	State of West Virginia
