Business Assistance Programs: Information about state and local tax incentive and training programs available to assist new and expanding businesses.

Workforce: Data on availability, wage rates, and productivity.

Energy: Gas and electric rates including information on availability and sources.

Training: Introductions to local institutions of higher learning, plus information on training programs available to new and expanding employers.

Transportation/Communications: Details on the city's transportation and communications systems and relationship to national networks.

Financing: Complete listing and description of various financing services available for businesses.

Markets: Demographic data, plus information on Omaha's major employers, local manufacturers and services.

Inter-Agency Liaison: Introduction and consultation with state and local governmental officials.

Special Assistance: Investigation and guidance on the use of development tools and incentives.

Site Inspection Tour: Arrangement and coordination of itinerary, including a complete economic briefing on the five-county area. Transportation and interviews with appropriate developers, agents, and contractors can be arranged.
