The City of Woodstock, a community of approximately 40,000 inhabitants, is centrally located in Southwestern Ontario's manufacturing corridor and is surrounded by some of the most fertile agricultural land in Canada.

Situated at the crossroads of super-highways 401 and 403, and coupled with Highways 2 and 59, the community boasts one of the best ground transportation systems in the Province of Ontario. Plus, there is quick and easy access to international airports in London, Hamilton and Toronto as well as international shipping through ports accessing the St. Lawrence Seaway, all within minimal driving time.

In Woodstock, just-in-time delivery is a part of daily life. With an excellent supply of serviced and zoned industrial land, the community is eager to meet the needs of new and expanding businesses.

The City of Woodstock owns and maintains three industrial business parks, all located in close proximity to the Highway 401/403 interchange. The Pattullo Ridge Business Park is located at the Highway 59/401 interchange while the Bysham Park Business Community is located just off Highway 2, approximately 5 kilometers from the Highway 2/401 interchange. A third business park, CommerceWay, opened in 2005 and is located along the north side of Highway 401.

Industrial land prices in our business parks range from $65,000 per acre to $100,000 per acre. In addition, the municipality owns other industrial sites in the city, ranging in size from 7 to 48 acres and in price from $85,000 to $100,000. Most of these sites are fully serviced.

Our people know how to work hard and they have attained the skills to ensure the success of well over 140 manufacturers who make Woodstock their home. Combine all this with a relaxed lifestyle and real affordability and you'll see why Woodstock continues to attract more than its share of new business.
